Ademi & O'Reilly, LLP Files Class Action Suit against TOP Tankers Inc.
We filed a securities class action against TOP Tankers Inc. and certain of its officers and directors on December 18, 2006. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of TOP Tankers common stock during the period between November 2, 2004 and November 28, 2006.
