Mark A. Eldridge

Mark A. Eldridge represents shareholders in securities class actions, and in buyout and derivative cases. Mark also represents small businesses and individuals in antitrust and consumer fraud cases. Mark has initiated many consumer fraud cases involving debt collection and credit cards.

Mark also heads the firm's bankruptcy practice group. While in law school, Mark interned for both the Honorable Pamela Pepper and the United States Trustee's office in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Prior to completing law school, Mark was a sports editor for a regional Wisconsin newspaper.
