Ademi LLP is investigating SciPlay (NASDAQ: SCPL) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law in its transaction with Light & Wonder.
In the transaction, SciPlay stockholders are expected to receive only $22.95 per share in an all-cash transaction. Light & Wonder will be acquiring the remaining 17% equity interest in SciPlay that it does not currently own.
We are investigating the conduct of SciPlay’s board of directors, and whether they are fulfilling their fiduciary duties to all shareholders.
